Vendor invoices read, matched and checked by AI agents running in your own cloud — including the ones that don't match.
The problem
Every figure on that PDF exists in digital form. Someone keys it in anyway.
Quantities off, price changed, no purchase order at all. The clean ones clear themselves; these eat the week.
An invoice waits on one person's inbox, and the early-payment discount expires while it waits.
Industry research on the accounts payable function (Ardent Partners' State of ePayables) puts manual processing above $10 per invoice, and best-in-class automated teams under $3. Those are their numbers, not ours — ours are further down this page.
How it works
Two of them we don't touch. We would rather you read that here than find out in month three.
PDFs land in a shared mailbox, a portal, or the post. Someone opens each one.
Same pattern we run on inbound email: 85% of tickets auto-created, measured in production.
Supplier, number, date, totals, line items — retyped into the ERP, then coded to an account and a cost centre.
This is the work behind our 10,000+ processed invoices.
Invoice against purchase order against goods receipt. When the three agree, it clears. When they don't, a human starts making phone calls.
The logic is ours. Reading POs and receipts out of your ERP is the part we scope case by case — it is the real cost.
Sign-off by amount threshold. Where invoices sit for days because nobody answered the email.
Agents chase, escalate and summarise. A person still approves.
Moving the money, and posting it.
We don't do this, and we don't want to. Moving money is a different business with different licences.
The same invoice paid twice. A supplier's bank details quietly changed by someone who isn't the supplier.
Our strongest proof: real fraud found on real invoices.
Before you talk to us
If your invoices are clean, your suppliers are on purchase orders and you run QuickBooks or Xero, an AP platform will cost you less than we do and will work. We will tell you so on the call.
People come to us for the part that is left over.
What we have actually shipped
Delivered work, not a demo — OCR, matching and anomaly checks running on a client's own invoices.

Built on the system we run ourselvesStraight answers
No. If your invoices are clean and you run QuickBooks or Xero, buy one of those — they cost less than we do and they work. We build for what they hand back to a person: the exceptions, the ERPs they don't integrate, the second entity nobody supports.
We read whatever has an API, a database or an export — including local and vertical systems the big platforms ignore. Reading is scoped per system; writing back into accounting is scoped more carefully, because that is where responsibility sits.
Never. We stop at the approved, coded, verified invoice. Moving money stays with you and your bank.
They are the reason to call us. The agent gathers the evidence — which line differs, against which PO and which receipt, what the supplier sent last time — and hands a person a decision instead of a search.
Accounts payable work is rarely our smallest package: reading your ERP takes real time, so it usually lands in Bottlenose (from €5,000 · $5,900) or Orca. The intro call is where it gets placed — it costs nothing and takes 30 minutes.
Thirty minutes on a call, and you leave knowing which of the six steps is worth automating in your company — and which one isn't.
