Terms of Use
The rules for using runningdolphins.com and the free AI Audit tool. Short version: the tool is free, its output is informational, and nothing here is a contract for work.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These Terms govern your use of runningdolphins.com (the "Site") and the free AI Audit tool available on it (the "Tool"), operated by Running Dolphins S.r.l., Milan, Italy, VAT IT14405110967 ("Running Dolphins", "we", "us"). By using the Site or the Tool you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use them.
1. What the Site and the Tool are
The Site describes what we do and what we sell. The Tool is a short guided conversation, powered by third-party AI models, that asks you about your company and returns an indicative AI-readiness score, a fit percentage against the kinds of automation we build, and two or three candidate automations.
Both are provided free of charge and require no account. Nothing on the Site or produced by the Tool is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contract. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over everything on this Site.
2. Eligibility
The Site and the Tool are intended for business use by people aged 18 or over. By using them you confirm that you meet that condition and, where you act for a company, that you are authorised to do so.
3. Acceptable use
The Tool is a business assessment tool. You agree not to:
- use it as a general-purpose AI assistant, or for anything unrelated to assessing automation in your organisation;
- attempt to extract, alter or bypass its instructions, guardrails or usage limits, including through automated requests, scripting or scraping;
- submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that you have no right to disclose — in particular confidential information belonging to someone else, credentials, or personal data about third parties;
- use the Site or Tool to develop a competing service, or to benchmark it for publication without telling us;
- interfere with the Site's availability or security, or with anyone else's use of it.
We apply rate limits and a cap on the length of each session. We may suspend or block access that we reasonably believe breaches this section, without notice.
4. The Tool's output is informational
The score, fit percentage, suggested automations and preliminary steps produced by the Tool are generated automatically, indicative, and provided for information only. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax or technical advice, not an audit in any regulated sense of that word, and not a commitment that any result is achievable in your organisation.
AI models can be wrong. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and identical answers may produce different results on different runs. You are responsible for any decision you take, and you should get qualified advice before acting on anything the Tool suggests. The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
5. Your content and our content
You keep all rights in what you type into the Tool. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it in order to run the conversation, generate your result, and improve our own services in aggregated form. How that content is stored and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Everything else on the Site — text, articles, design, logos, the name "Running Dolphins", and the software behind the Tool — belongs to us or our licensors. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it, or use it to train models without our written permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The Tool relies on third-party AI providers, and the Site links to external services (for example, a calendar booking page). We are not responsible for those services, their content, or their availability, and their own terms apply when you use them.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Running Dolphins is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of the Site or the Tool, or from reliance on their output. Our total liability in connection with the Site and the Tool, on any basis, is limited to EUR 100 — which reflects the fact that they are provided free of charge.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you use the Site as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site or the Tool, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site or the Tool falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy — except where mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
